A Custom Collective is a way to custom design a bag based on North Moor styles and receive it with a shorter wait time and no limited monthly custom spot uploads. Bag enthusiasts join together, agree upon a design and I run the bag design for you. It’s collaborative, creative and a chance to broadcast your vision!

TO JOIN A CURRENT COLLECTIVE AS A MEMBER
Go to the CURRENT COLLECTIVES on this site that are getting ready for production, if you see a design you love you can purchase a deposit straight from this site. TO CREATE A COLLECTIVE AS A LEADER:
DESIGN PHASE
Find a North Moor style on which to base your design on The Bags section of this website. Use screen shots of your desired leather, liner and the style and post your proposed design on the NORTH MOOR INSIDERS page on Facebook. (Best to make a square collage using Photojoiner.com or similar free online) You must confirm a minimum of at least 4 customers total who have agreed to that particular combination of bag style, lining, hardware, etc to qualify for production of your design. BUT the more members you have, the deeper the discount! Here are some TIPS AND TRICKS for success!

For each collectively designed style:
4 customers allow a bag to be produced
6-9 customers earn a 10% discount on each bag
10+ customers the discount on each bag is 15%

INCUBATOR PHASE
Once have your design decided and have at least 4 members you can either message North Moor directly through the contact link on this page or Jess Reid (North Moor Insiders Admin) and your creation will be added to the COLLECTIVE INCUBATOR . Others can see this collective and join. The more members you gain, the higher the discount. You can make your deposits when your Collective is added to the CURRENT COLLECTIVES page on this and this will also allow your Collective to gain more members.

North Moor will reach out when they reach your spot on the Collective Incubator page and ask you to encourage everyone to make their deposits. Once your Collective is in production, you can track its progress here: COLLECTIVE TRACKER

PRODUCTION PHASE
There is nothing to do here but wait for your creation to come to life. Once it is finished, it will be photographed and posted on the North Moor FB page. Invoices will be sent out for the balance of the bags prior to shipping.

SHIPPING PHASE
Once the balances have been collected, the bags will be shipped via Priority Shipping and your confirmation will include a tracking number. Time to enjoy the fruits of your design effort!

*Please note that these bags may have extras made to safeguard against errors or be recreated with the same design and sold as in-stock bags at any time. It is a testament to your beautiful design choices!!

**If sending your own liner in, you can usually bet on 3/4 yards per bag UNLESS the liner has a specific direction and then 1 yard per bag is safer.

****Often Orders are shipped together so you may receive a notification that a label was created but it will not enter the system for a few days as I gather several bags together for dropoff.

** Important: this is a relatively new endeavor, with many moving parts. If you are not feeling flexible or are worried about being part of something that is in progress, this may not be the option for you and Customs created in my studio would be a better choice (though exponentially slower). I will ALWAYS work with you to make sure you are happy, I just ask for patience while we grow. Additionally, if there are any configuration aberrations caused by the production team, the Collective will be given the choice for a remake or to keep the resulting bag
